The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said in a tweet on January 3, 2023 “UPDATE: #MarisiaBurton, who was reported missing on 12/25 in Orange County, spoke in person to Houston Police on Jan 2. I told them she was not missing, was safe & wanted to be taken out of the missing person’s database. We still have no reason to suspect foul play in this case”
